Ellen DeGeneres has picked up yet another estate in the Montecito area, plunking down $21 million for a grand knoll-top property known as Villa Tragara. The 2.5 acres of grounds include a heated swimming pool, pickle ball, bocce ball and tennis courts, koi ponds, and gardens filled with exotic plants. Elsewhere, ‘Young & Restless’ star Christel Khalil has splashed out on a multilevel Malibu home on a high ridge above Malibu’s Latigo Canyon. Built in 1989, the Mediterranean-inspired estate was recently transformed into a designer-done architectural retreat with three bedrooms spread over three full floors. |
