Locally known as Villa Tragara, the property includes a koi pond flanked by a Japanese-style pavilion, bocce and pickle ball courts and a pergola to take in the sweeping ocean vistas. And just down the coast, the ruling family of Iraq’s Kurdistan region is selling their Beverly Hills mansion for $30 million. Flagrant in its opulence, the neoclassical manor has a two-lane bowling alley and an indoor basketball court, plus numerous other amenities. |
