She’s done it yet again. Barely six months after paying $21 million for a Montecito mansion, Ellen DeGeneres has flipped the Moorish-inpsired home for $36 million to her longtime friend Scooter Braun. Locally known as Villa Tragara, the property includes a koi pond flanked by a Japanese-style pavilion, bocce and pickle ball courts and a pergola to take in the sweeping ocean vistas. And just down the coast, the ruling family of Iraq’s Kurdistan region is selling their Beverly Hills mansion for $30 million. Flagrant in its opulence, the neoclassical manor has a two-lane bowling alley and an indoor basketball court, plus numerous other amenities.
