Located in the coveted Hedgerow District, the former talk show host and Portia de Rossi are asking $5.8 million for the home, which dates to 1915 and was recently modernized. All of the home’s furnishings, art and kitchenware are also available for purchase separately, so a buyer needs only to bring their toothbrush to enjoy.
