Ellen DeGeneres is back at it again with the $32 milliion sale of a fabled Montecito estate to billionaire trophy property collector Robert Friedland. Known as Pompeiian Court, the century-old estate includes a single-story main house, four additional structures, a full-size tennis court, swimming pool and a chardonnay vineyard. And down the coast, prolific Hollywood director/producer Judd Apatow and actress Leslie Mann have upgraded in Los Angeles, doling out $32 million for a sleek Beverly Hills mansion formerly owned by Guess cofounder Maurice Marciano.
