Welcome back, New Orleans food fans! This week, we get the details on a new restaurant with old family roots, coming from Emeril Lagasse. 34 Restaurant & Bar is the latest project from parent company The Emeril Group, dubbed “a love letter to Portugal” to reflect Chef Emeril Lagasse's family heritage. Ian McNulty has the story.
