After selling her Malibu hideaway last year, Emma Stone is now cutting her final tie to Los Angeles real estate — a charming 1920s bungalow in Westwood that she bought for her mother in spring 2019. The “Cruella” star is seeking $4 million for the Spanish-style abode, which includes a recently updated kitchen and a guest casita. And up in the Hollywood Hills, Ariana Grande has quietly sold her Bird Streets cottage to Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny for $8.3 million.
