Study: Employers focus on employees' financial wellness

Nearly 60% of employers plan to improve financial wellness programs for employees this year, expanding beyond retirement accounts, according to an Alight study, which found 70% of workers experience high or moderate stress, primarily due to personal financial problems. "Rising inflation, stagnant wages and a tough job market have fueled this stress, resulting in growing concerns about how employees can afford their essential needs like rent, groceries and bills," says ZayZoon President Tate Hackert.
