Rohingya Emergency Appeal
This week the number of Rohingya who have fled from Myanmar to Bangladesh exceeded 582,000. Refugees continue to flood across the border in what has become the world’s fastest growing refugee crisis. With limited water and sanitation in camps and settlements, the threat of a cholera outbreak is high. Thanks to the generous support of Australia for UNHCR donors, UNHCR staff are working around the clock to support a massive immunisation campaign while they continue to distribute emergency shelter and essential supplies.
