Enforcing COVID rules: What's a university to do?

TICK TICK TICK: LSU is a week away from opening its classroom at 100 percent capacity, and it's not entirely clear how the school will fully enforce its COVID-related rules. The university is still waiting on documents from around 24,000 students noting what their vaccine status is. As Caroline Savoie reports, a school spokesman says LSU will rely on people bearing a certain amount of "personal responsibility."

TOCK TOCK TOCK: The situation at LSU isn't a lot different from what's happening at the state's K-12 schools. Infection rates are way up on campuses, but vaccination rates among those eligible, age 12 and up, aren't. Charles Lussier takes at look at where various parts of the state stand.
