Replacing MLCCs with polymer capacitors

The supply shortage of MLCCs that the electronics industry has been experiencing since the end of 2016 is showing no signs of immediate improvement. Caused by the massive growth in mobile electronic devices and automotive electronics, as well as applications in the IoT space, it will take time for suppliers to ramp up production to meet demand.
