“As seasons change so do our skincare requirements. With colder weather, bracing winds and central heating our skin can suffer. Those with sensitive skin may find their skin dry and irritated with increased sensitivity. There are some simple changes and hero ingredients that can help this.

Choosing the right cleanser is an incredibly important first step. I like the Toleriane Dermo-Cleanser by La Roche-Posay. It is effective but gentle and puts emollients back into the skin. I advise using after the shower to remove any residual shampoo or shower gel.
