Good evening,

Good evening,

There was no Friday night wind down for Morgan Stanley and UBS’ ECM teams.

A week since Genworth Financial sold its $488 million stake in Genworth Australia last Sunday, the two banks were in the market late on Friday with a $785 million block of Santos shares.

Tonight, we take a look at ENN Group’s sell-down, and 2021’s roaring start for block trades more generally.

Elsewhere, we’ve been digging through overseas company filings to piece together what ex-Macquarie golden child Ben Brazil has been up to – and present our findings.

Finally, funds will be getting to know a healthcare outfit chaired by ex-Wallaby John Eales this week, and there’s a net zero carbon emissions gold ETF coming to the ASX.

Happy reading,
Sarah Thompson, Anthony Macdonald and Tim Boyd
