We are delighted to issue our November Rep(l)ay: all our latest news, together in one place!

This month we had big news to announce: we launched our newest payment scheme, the One-Leg Out Instant Credit Transfer (OCT Inst) scheme and published business conditions for the SEPA Payment Account Access (SPAA) scheme. For the SPAA scheme, we also launched a call for change requests, as well as a call for new, additional participants to the scheme's Interest Group.

For our November Insights we interviewed Inkeri Tolvanen, the Head of Payment Systems at Finance Finland, about recent developments in the dynamic payment landscape of Finland.

	News Migration of the SEPA payment schemes to the 2019 version of ISO 20022 postponed to Sunday 17 March 2024 On 24 October 2023, the European Payments Council’s (EPC) Payment Schemes Management Board (PSMB) decided to postpone the migration of all four SEPA payment schemes to the 2019 version of the ISO 20022 standard, to Sunday 17 March 2024.
