Equestrian center in St. Landry for sale at $6.95 million

Good morning, Acadiana Business newsletter readers. It's time for headlines.  

Copper Crowne, a 43-acre equestrian center in St. Landry Parish that offers services for breeders, trainers and owners, is up for sale.

List price is $6.95 million.

Owner Harold Forman, who opened the center back in 2009, said he is seeking to sell the facility to someone who can carry on its legacy and see it not only for financial reason but also as a viable business.
