Dear friend, The past few days have been very alarming in our beloved Holy Land. A surge in terror attacks has left our communities in mourning, grappling with the loss. In the northern West Bank town of Huwara, Shay Silas Nigreker and his son Aviad Nir were tragically taken from us in a cold-blooded attack as they were in the town for personal errands. Close to Hebron, the vibrant spirit of Batsheva Nigri, a dedicated kindergarten teacher and mother of three, was extinguished in a drive-by shooting. Aryeh Leib Gottlieb, a father of six, was critically injured in the same incident. These incidents are a part of a distressing pattern in rising terror activities. We at Zaka Tel-Aviv are now on a look-out, mobilizing our resources to be able to respond swiftly and effectively to any future incidents. But we cannot do this alone. |
