An ETF cornucopia A thoroughly good mix of stories this week but the headline news has to be bitcoin (again, sigh) which has sailed off through the USD100,000 price. The crypto world is very smiley and all thoughts of a crypto winter are long gone.
Houlihan Lokey reports that as of October, the global digital assets market has grown by 47 per cent year-to-date, reaching USD2.5 trillion. Bitcoin (BTC) trading volumes have increased by 68 per cent compared to last year, despite normalisation in activity, and the firm notes that ETF inflows are driving bitcoin returns as BTC ETFs have attracted USD17.3 billion in net inflows since January.
But let’s turn our attention to another highly fashionable ETF product, the structured outcome ETF.
