Dear John Do,
Around EUR 17 million is being invested in a new EU-funded collaborative project, "Hamburg Quantum Computing". The technology is becoming increasingly important for Hamburg and can help combat climate change and make logistics more sustainable. Thus, quantum computing is a key technology of the future. Researchers at the University of Hamburg and Lufthansa are working on using the technology for gate assignment at airports all over the world. Read more in our report.

In other news, HHLA is testing hydrogen for port logistics, Qatar Airways has launched a direct long-haul flight from Hamburg Airport to Doha and the Online Marketing Rockstars Festival wins the Hamburg Business Award for the Future.
