European Commission propose 'Covid-19 passports' - here's what it means

The European Commission has confirmed that it will be submitting a proposal for a digital coronavirus vaccination across Europe.

The so-called Digital Green Pass will give a person proof that they have received their coronavirus jag, alongside test results showing that they have had a negative Covid-19 test.
