A Message From the Editor

Good Morning. In a victory for Deutsche Telekom, the European Court of Justice issued a decision about payment of interest on fines that is likely to benefit other companies. Also, Damien Kieran, the GC of Paris-based BeReal who previously was Twitter's former chief privacy officer, is stepping down from BeReal just a year after joining. And on the AI front, LexisNexis has announced that its generative AI platform, Lexis + AI, is now available in the U.K. The company rolled out the platform in Australia two weeks ago.
