| | | | | | | | | | | | annual fundraiser exceeded our goals |
OBJECT:ART 2017 was a night to remember. Our fabulous gala at the Computer History Museum on March 23rd raised a record $225,000 to support our mission that all children have the arts education they deserve. Guests witnessed joyful student artists creating their own masterpieces inspired by our lesson on Kandinsky, met our Art Visionary Award Honoree, Nathan Sawaya, and bid on outstanding auction items while enjoying delicious hors d'oeuvres and a signature drink from Rocket Vodka. Thanks to videographer Connie Tamaddon, everyone got an inspiring look at why arts education is essential and how Art in Action meets this need. A special thanks to our lead sponsor, Google.org, and to everyone that participated in this extraordinary event. |

bring art to your school with a judy sleeth scholarship |
The Judy Sleeth Scholarship Fund aims to address the need for all students to have access to an arts education, regardless of their schools' ability to pay for the program. Our goal is to fund 10 new schools by raising $25,000 by May 15. We appreciate donations of any amount and thank those who have already generously given to the fund. Title I or low-income schools or after-school centers may apply now through April 20 to bring the Art in Action program to up to three classrooms this fall.
