I really wonder what AI thinks of us these days. Yes, that sounds like an odd thing to ponder. Well, maybe not so odd considering some of the warnings about the tech we've gotten. 

But isn't it the whole point that artificial intelligence is learning about us as we learn about it?

There's no doubt that AI tools being integrated into the technology we use every day are providing some insight to our searches, interests and attitudes. So considering how popular those two letters have become in the first half of 2023, I wonder if AI realizes how hot it is right now?

In wealth management, investors certainly see it as a big deal. A new Morgan Stanley Wealth Management investor survey finds that most investors believe AI will be revolutionary for financial services, with 72% saying that AI is a game changer for investors, and 63% saying they would be interested in working with a financial advisor that leverages it.

Meanwhile, Orion has launched the industry's first ChatGPT integration via Redtail Speak. And when asked about his thoughts on AI's future impact, Betterment for Advisors Director Tom Moore said any company not at least kicking the tires on it is "missing the boat." 

"Anybody who covers technology or works in technology, you should be interested in this because it's objectively interesting," Moore told FP when talking about his team's 2023 priorities in a recent interview.
