Everything you need to know before coming to #PrimaveraSound 2018! SET TIMES AND MAPS Check the updated set times, look at the map of the Parc del Fòrum site and find the different spaces of Primavera a la Ciutat. You can check them on the official app too. TICKET PICK UP AND EXCHANGE Find out everything you need to know about how to pick up and exchange your tickets and bear in mind that you will need to have an official identity card/passport on you at all times, when you pick up your wristband and when on the festival site. MOBILITY Internal This year in order to facilitate as far as possible the internal mobility of festival goers, SEAT will offer two transfer services: the usual one that covers the distance between the main restaurant area and the two main stages of the festival, and a new line that will connect this area to Primavera Bits, the electronic music area on the other side of the bridge. Both lines will do the transfers at the following times: Transfer 1 by SEAT: From Thursday to Saturday from 5:30pm until the end of the concerts on the two main stages. Transfer 2 by SEAT: From Thursday to Saturday from 7:00pm to 2:15 am. External To leave the Parc del Fòrum there will be a shuttle bus from the site to Plaza Catalunya on Thursday 31st May from midnight to 5 am and on Friday 1st June from 2am to 5 am. The price will be 2€ per ticket. Once again, the tram service (line T4) will run non-stop from Thursday 31st May to Sunday 3rd June. There will also be two bicycles parking areas with security guards near the entrance to the site. INFORMATION POINTS To resolve any doubts that you may have during the festival, do not hesitate to go to the information points, where you can also get directions to look for or hand in any lost property. RESERVATION TICKETS In order to access the Spiritualized concert on Wednesday 30th May at 8:00pm in the Auditori Rockdelux you will need to show your full festival wristband, and to have purchased a reservation ticket. PRIMAVERA BITS The area devoted to electronic music Primavera Bits will be open from midday and will have a third stage on the beach and you able to taste the popular paellas of the Kauai restaurant of Gavà. PRIMMMAVERA This year there are many novelties on offer in the area of gastronomy: prestigious chefs cooking in a pop-up restaurant, a homage to the street food restaurants of Barcelona, paellas on the beach and as always options will be available for vegetarians, vegans and people with food intolerances. MERCHANDISING AND RECORD FAIR At the record fair on the esplanade of the Parc del Fòrum the main independent record labels will have stands where you will be able to find a selection of vinyl records, t-shirts and other items. Also in this area, for the sixth consecutive year there will be touring show of concert posters Flatstock. On the same esplanade there will be the Rough Trade stand, where merchandise of the bands participating in this edition of the festival will be sold and record signing by artists like Cigarettes After Sex, IDLES and Car Seat Headrest will be held; the Primavera Sound stand on which you can find festival merchandise including the classic official book; and a FNAC shop that will offer goods from their shops. There will be a second festival merchandise stand at the access to the Mango and Heineken stages. CASH POINTS, PHONE CHARGING AND EAR PLUGS On the site there are cash points, you can charge your phone at the recharge point and purchase earplugs to protect your ears should you need to. NO CALLEM Primavera Sound has joined No Callem, a protocol of action against sexual harassment at night-time venues backed by the Barcelona Town Hall together with other venues and festivals from the city. SEAT STAND With views of the two main stages, in the SEAT stand you will be able to enjoy the concerts from the comfort of your seat in a space with free wifi and chargers for mobile devices. CIGARETTES If you are a smoker remember to buy cigarettes beforehand, so that you don’t run out, as for legal reasons the sale of cigarettes is not permitted in Parc del Fòrum. DISABLED PEOPLE Disabled people have an exclusive speedy access to the site, as well as viewing platforms exclusively reserved for them to guarantee visibility and comfort at each stage -which they can get into with their personal assistant- and wheel chair accessible toilets in the general public area as well as in the reserved areas. If you have any special needs do not hesitate to go to the information point. MINORS If you are coming to the festival with minors, remember to check what you need to do to get into the site and visit the play area in the minimúsica space, where there will be concerts and activities especially designed for the little ones. The application is available for you to download or update free of charge in English, Spanish and Catalan on the App Store and Google Play Eating at Parc del Fòrum: Primmmavera Primmmavera is more than a gastronomic proposal: it is an artistic-culinary lineup for all tastes, needs and pockets. Thanks to Verbena Foodie, the festival thus consolidates its commitment to the variety of proposals with food trucks, the new Barcelona Street Food Restaurants (with 20 restaurants from the city) and a new pop-up venue located in the Casa Primavera that each day will become a different and once-only restaurant. In total the festival will offer 50 different culinary proposals aimed at satisfying the demands of all the members of the audience. Casa Primavera, located in the Primavera Bits area, will host three exceptional chefs during the main days of the festival, who will organize tailor-made gourmet set menus. The festival will welcome Diego Guerrero (DSTAgE) on Saturday 2nd June, the Mexican chef Eduardo ‘Lalo’ García (Máximo Bistrot) on Friday 1st June and Douglas McMaster (Silo) on Thursday 31st May. In order to achieve the full potential of the experience, there will also be an option of food and wine pairing courtesy of Wineissocial and their sommelier César Cánovas. Bycicle parking area © Cecilia Diaz Betz If you intend to come to the festival by bicycle, you will be able to reserve a space in either of the two parking areas at the entrance to the Parc del Fòrum through Redtkt by paying 1€. Both parking areas will have security guards and each user has to bring their own lock. They will be open on Wednesday 30th May from 5pm to 12am and from Thursday 31st May to Saturday 2nd June from 12 am until 6 am. Rules of good behaviour Ten illustrated suggestions and indications to ensure that everybody can enjoy the festival to the full: from using the on-site bins and toilets to behaving in a civil way and not bothering the people around you during the concerts or the neighbours on your way home.
