A Message From the Editor After an acrimonious divorce between attorneys allegedly spilled over into their professional lives, Holland & Knight is now being sued for allegedly failing to flag a conflict between the two lawyers' firms, which allegedly allowed the Holland & Knight lawyer to access confidential information from his soon-to-be-ex wife's firm, Fritz and Bianculli. Our first story from Amanda O'Brien has more. Also, Uber's arbitration agreement will not shield it from an investigation by the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, a federal judge has ruled.
