After nearly 20 years in residence, powerhouse ex-talent agent Adam Venit and his wife Trina have listed their Beverly Hills mansion for $40 million. Sited in the Bella Vista guard-gated community, nearly every inch of the 13,000-square-foot mansion was gutted and resculpted during the Venits’ ownership. Meanwhile, over in West Hollywood, barely a year after she paid $3.9 million for her first home, Emma Chamberlain has bid the place adieu. The 20-year-old YouTube sensation has sold her architectural showpiece for $4.1 million, slightly more than the $4 million she had asked and a $200,000 profit on paper.
