vera

Dear supproter,

Hundreds of people have stepped in to help Vera, and we so grateful that our fundraising efforts are bearing fruits. We continue to progress in our efforts to help little Vera in her battle with the dangerous heart disease.

Despite these strides, we are not there yet - we still need to cover the surgery costs in full and some travel expenses. We are once again reaching out to you, our dear supporters - if you have not yet donated, we would really appreciate your help so Vera will no longer have to fight this painful battle.

If you already donated, we are of course very thankful, and we would appreciate it if you would consider making an additional donation to help us reach our goal quicker.

DONATE NOW

If you are not familiar, when Vera was born, she was diagnosed with a congenital heart defect, a rare and dangerous disease. After undergoing complex surgery as a baby, her condition stabilized, which comforted her family at the time.

Recently, a routine checkup revealed that Vera developed an aneurysm of the right ventricle in her heart. Now she needs emergency heart surgery, without which the aneurysm would rupture, and she would not survive. Such sophisticated medical procedures are not performed in Ukraine, so Vera was approved for an operation at the Israeli Sheba hospital, known to have one of the best cardiology departments in the world. We need your support to reach our goal and help Vera undergo surgery to save her life.

Thank you again for your support. It really means the world to us, and of course to Vera and her family.
