Good morning Voornaam It's Monday again, and we hope you've all had a spectacular weekend. Kicking off this morning, an exclusive from our Arts and Culture specialist, Brian Ferguson. Edinburgh businesses and residents urged to lobby politicians to avert Fringe bin strike. Brian explains: "Union leaders want councillors, MPs and MSPs to help head off the prospect of strike action during the Fringe. "They have insisted that planned action could be avoided if politicians “can show some gumption” rather than “sleepwalking” into a strike for the second time in the space of three summers." Make sure you read all about it right here. Next up, our Education Correspondent is looking into a Scottish University that has been accused of failing a young man who is enduring excruciating leg lengthening procedures. Read the interview with the man, and the response from the university right here. Whatever your plans today, have a great one! From The team at The Scotsman |
