During the open day, you will attend an exclusive masterclass: Unlocking your individual leadership potential.
This hands-on session will give you a sneak peek into our Personal Leadership Development (PLD) programme, which is integral to all of our MBA offerings. Through the PLD programme we challenge you to think and act like a business leader, applying theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. In this exclusive masterclass, Hetty Brand-Boswijk, our Director of Coaching, will share insights from the PLD programme, focusing on how leadership and team coaching can foster your personal growth and leadership potential. You will gain insights into developing a stronger awareness of your own motivations and how to stretch your strengths while stepping confidently outside your comfort zone.
