Experts, former officials say French Quarter security measures fell short of earlier efforts

Security questions: New Orleans officials have have been facing questions about the security measures in place to defend against an attack like the one Bourbon Street saw on New Year's Day. Now, documents, former public officials and security experts indicate the city's approach in years past have been more substantial and tougher to evade.

List released: The New Orleans Coroner's Office released the names of 12 of the 14 killed on New Year's Day, and hours later U.K. media outlets identified one of the others, a British national visiting from London.
