C.S. Lewis was a master at addressing life’s most important questions through vivid language that is delightful and captivating to read.
His signature ability to communicate the truth about Christianity has inspired countless skeptics to become believers and even more believers to renew and deepen their faith—making him perhaps the most important apologist of the twentieth century.
That’s why we are producing this new course, “C.S. Lewis on Christianity.” The goal is to share his profound insights on the central topics of Christianity, including:
- good and evil,
- conversion and faith,
- prayer and the Bible,
- suffering and death,
- heaven and hell, and much more.
But how do you explore the depths of Lewis’s writings on these fundamental topics in a seven-lecture course?
This is also why we’re thrilled to have Dr. Michael Ward—one of the leading scholars of C.S. Lewis—as the instructor for the new course.
Dr. Ward is a distinguished teaching fellow at Hillsdale College and a professor of theology at the University of Oxford. He is the author of Planet Narnia: The Seven Heavens in the Imagination of C.S. Lewis and After Humanity: A Guide to C.S. Lewis’s The Abolition of Man, and the co-editor of The Cambridge Companion to C.S. Lewis. He even spent three years living in Lewis’s Oxford home as the resident Warden of The Kilns!
After watching the trailer, I hope you’ll want to join us and learn from C.S. Lewis by pre-registering for this free online course. You can easily do so on the same page as the video.
This course is especially moving because it examines C.S. Lewis’s beautiful writings about faith and traces Lewis’s own journey from skeptic to believer. The combination provides an opportunity for us to grow in our knowledge and understanding of the Christian faith.
That’s why I hope you’ll join us in examining the eternal questions of Christianity with C.S. Lewis—enjoy your sneak peek!
