Long table dinners and oyster meditation in a new food area
Hi , This year there is something new on the food program for Roskilde Festival! In the Food Is Now experience area, the eco system of the sea and the food's potentials are lovingly treated through performances, food events and debates. You can join in when we open Food Is Now with the world's longest seaweed salad, participate in oyster meditation or party at a seaweed party. Food Is Now dives into the mysteries of the sea. Because while the drastic changes on land and in the air are visible, life in the sea is difficult to understand and imagine. Experience food in completely new ways and learn more about the sea's secrets and fantastic flavor universe through art, workshops, talks and innovative gastronomy! We've rounded up three mouth-watering events from Food is Now.
