Dear Madam or Sir,

The new reforms in the Swiss Criminal law on bribery entered into force on 1 July 2016. The revised rules and new provisions now make private sector bribery a criminal offence.

What do the reforms in Switzerland on bribery & corruption mean for you?

According to the reform, private corruption could be punished by a maximum three-year jail sentence for the offender and corporate entity can be held liable with fines up to CHF 5 Mio.

We invite you to please take a moment and read the alert. Please feel free to reach out to us should you have any questions or wish to discuss further.

Kind regards,
