FAA plans to fine Boeing $1.25 million for S.C. facility

The Federal Aviation Administration has accused managers at Boeing S.C. of pressuring employees who were acting as FAA representatives under a program that helps companies speed up deliveries of completed aircraft.

Duke Energy, S.C. Chamber launch mentorship grant

The Duke Energy Foundation has provided $100,000 in grant funding to the S.C. Chamber of Commerce to finance business management mentorships for 56 small businesses in the counties served by the energy company.

Greenville County Quik Trip stores are partnering with Pendleton Place to offer quick retreat sites for youth in crisis. At-risk or endangered youth in Greenville County can turn to any of the 22 Quik Trip stores in the county and wait for a volunteer from Pendleton Place to arrive to connect them with professional help.
