How did you make that two colored frosting?
That's a really good cupcake. The frosting is almost like eating soft-serve ice cream.
Bakers usually load different frosting colors into the same pastry bag, a color on each side. We loaded the two colors (you can do three) into separate bags and applied them together.
We made the cupcakes with grated zucchini. (The zucchini is optional.) Because they are made with a cream cake, they're already moist and fudgy. The zucchini makes them more so.
