Roadshow: Don’t rely on Tesla AutopilotTesla’s Autopilot Mode is one of the biggest selling points for the company’s cars. It uses advanced sensors to detect road hazards, but it’s not 100% perfect (no technology like this is just yet). You should never rely on it to get you from point A to B like one driver from North Carolina tried to do. The man decided to kick back and watch a movie on his phone after turning on Tesla’s Autopilot. But after a few minutes of driving with his eyes off the road, his vehicle slammed into none other than a police car! Thankfully, nobody was hurt. But the sheer embarrassment will last a lifetime.
