The issue impacting our factual accuracy process has been resolved and we are now processing reports to factual accuracy. We know this issue has caused a delay and we are sorry if it has impacted you. Weâre committed to producing assessment reports as quickly as possible. In 2023 we launched a communication campaign to ensure all health and social care providers and professionals understand what these changes are, what they mean for them and what they need to do to prepare for these changes being implemented. To help us measure how successful this campaign has been so far, we want to know how well you understand these changes. To help us do this we'd like your feedback through a short survey. Our new assessment approach is live across the country, but there are lots of things you can do to increase your understanding of the new approach. Our expectations of care are not changing and our current ratings and 5 key questions will stay central to our approach. We recognise the importance of clear guidance to help you feel ready for our new assessments. On our website you can find guidance that covers the different aspects of our regulatory approach, including which evidence categories we prioritise for each sector. New assessment approach Share your feedback on our new assessment approach. Your insights and opinions are crucial in helping us understand how well this new method is working and where we can make improvements. Assessment frequency We're working towards publishing more detail on how frequently we'll assess providers going forward. To support this work we'd like some feedback on some initial questions. Take the survey to share your thoughts. Relationship management We're developing our approach to relationship management. To support this work we're looking for your feedback around some initial questions. Complete this short survey to share your views. |
