In these rankings, he identifies Pat Freiermuth's trade window and highlights what to do with Evan Engram , as well as veteran tight ends over 30 who you have a strong chance of landing in a trade. | | Zay Flowers is a fade in 2024 Best Ball leagues | There are several reasons to fade Zay Flowers in Best Ball leagues this year, and Megan Shoup laid them all out for us in this article. One of the reasons is Flowers' steep price on Underdog, as he's currently listed with an ADP of 38 while regularly being drafted as WR25. Flowers will also face strong competition for touches due to the talent on the roster. Tight end Mark Andrews missed six regular-season games last season, which paved the way for more targets for Flowers. Thanks to the additional targets in Andrews' absence, Flowers finished the 2023 season as WR29. | | Before Flowers' arrival, Andrews was perennially the top target for Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, and that's likely to continue now that he's back in the lineup. Megan astutely points out that Rashod Bateman has received stellar reviews during OTAs and will also have to battle him for targets this season. Additionally, Isaiah Likely proved to be a very capable tight end while filling in for Andrews last season. Megan believes the Ravens could opt to utilize more 12 personnel (one running back and two tight ends) as a result. | Two wide receivers Megan believes Best Ball participants should consider ahead of Flowers are Amari Cooper and Calvin Ridley, as they have better touchdown upside and are behind Flowers in ADP. | | Dynasty Fantasy Football tight end rankings | Heath Cummings unveiled his Dynasty tight end rankings for May, starting with highlighting Pat Freiermuth, who is only 25 years old. Despite being TE9 in his rankings, Freiermuth sits at TE16 in May's Startup ADP. There's potential for a breakout for Freiermuth, especially with the Steelers' recent changes, including hiring an offensive coordinator whose team had the third-most tight end targets in the league. Additionally, the departure of the Steelers' No. 1 wide receiver to the Carolina Panthers should mean more targets for Freiermuth. Despite these favorable circumstances, Heath notes instances of Freiermuth being traded for a Round 3 rookie pick, possibly due to recent buzz about Darnell Washington during OTAs. | | Washington, the Steelers' third-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, was primarily used as a bonus blocker last season. He even referred to himself as an "extra offensive lineman" last year, but he aims to improve his route running to potentially earn more targets next season. Standing at 6-foot-6, 264 pounds, Washington presents a matchup nightmare, particularly in the red zone. While Freiermuth is expected to be the most productive tight end on the Steelers roster, Washington's involvement should not be overlooked. | | For those seeking a veteran tight end, Heath suggests targeting George Kittle and Travis Kelce from managers not contending. Alternatively, options like David Njoku, Evan Engram, and Dalton Schultz could be considered in the next tier of trade targets. However, Heath advises caution when trading for a tight end over 30, preferring to do so closer to playoff time, around November. | | | | | UEFA Champions League | | Golazo Matchday | Tomorrow, watch as German giants Borussia Dortmund take on the kings of Europe, Real Madrid, to determine the winner of the most prestigious club competition in the world.
