Pro Musica Concert Series--in its eighth season--celebrating the works of living composers, will present a concert performed by "Duo Sureño and Friends".  Joining Nancy King, soprano and Robert Nathanson, guitar, will be violinist Livia Sellin and guitarist Helmut Jasbar both from Vienna, Austria. The concert will include two world premieres, Love Poem with a Knifeby William Neil and Kaddish: Four Sephardic Songs by Helmut Jasbar. William Neil's works have mesmerized audiences at Pro Musica for the last two seasons. The text of Love Poem with a Knifewritten by the emerging and award-winning poet Kara Jackson, explores the essence of invisibility, the authentic elements of language, and divine womanhood.
