The Baltimore County Department of Aging submits a four-year plan to the State of Maryland detailing programs, services and areas for expansion. Information obtained from this Family Caregivers Survey will help drive the goals of the Baltimore County Caregivers Program.
All responses are anonymous and optional. Information and data collected will only be used by Baltimore County Government to inform the Caregivers Program of trends and recommendations.
