“I think there’s a false sense of security when you’re spending time with family or friends, especially if you’re at home or at a backyard bbq," Hogan says.
“We’re currently seeing that about 44% of our students have indicated that they do not have a device or access to a device,” said Chancellor Dr. Lewis Ferebee.
