Eggs-cellent Easter treats for the whole family at the
Southbank Centre

Hunting for ways to keep your little ones entertained over the upcoming Easter Weekend? Hop on over to the Southbank Centre! On Friday 7 April and Saturday 8 April the iconic riverside arts centre is serving up theatre, music, and parties that offer fun for all the family.

All shows are Relaxed Performances, which means there's a chilled-out approach to audience noise and movement. You're free to come and go as you please, and noise cancelling headphones are available for both kids and grown-ups.

Highlights include shows about friendship and Black culture, a free bicycle-powered disco, and a sensory voyage through funk, jazz and electronic soundscapes. Read on for a closer look, then click the blue button to find out more and book tickets.

Plan Your Easter Excursion
Marty And The Party

Start your Easter weekend in a celebratory mood with a show that's all about fun, friendship and finding your groove! Marty is heading to a party full of giggles, nibbles and epic dance moves. Fox is doing the foxtrot, flamingo is doing the flamenco... but what about Marty? Find out at Marty And The Party, coming to Queen Elizabeth Hall on 7 April and 8 April.

Bossy

Follow clever and confident Beth on her quest to find out who she really is. Along the way, she'll encounter pop stars and mermaids before realising that what she's after might be found closer to home. Bossy is a celebration of Black culture with a brilliant Carribean soundtrack. See it in the Purcell Room at Queen Elizabeth Hall on 7 April.

Groove Baby

Singing, dancing and playing is encouraged at this cracking concert for under fives and their carers. Groove Baby Presents: Groove Sensations combines funk, jazz and electronic music with specially created animations to form an interactive show that appeals to both little ones and big ones. See it in the Purcell Room at Queen Elizabeth Hall on 8 April.

Pedal Power Disco

Here's a party entirely powered by bicycles that won't cost you a penny! At the battery-free (and admission-free) Pedal Power Disco, the music only continues if the pedalling does, so bring your kids, neighbours, parents and friends to ensure the beats don't stop! You'll find the festivities at the Southbank Centre's Riverside Terrace on 8 April.
