The barbed-wire girls from Idaho, Arizona, and New Mexico were in town this week. (Actually, their husbands collect antique barbed-wire. I never dreamed.)
We held a class for them--delightful ladies. And introduced them to our new pancake mixes.
They're made with sweet potato flour and cinnamon chips. They're fantastic--my new favorites. They will remind you of an old-fashioned sweet potato casserole.
