CBS Sports Fantasy Football Today

Last year, we were touting JuJu Smith-Schuster as a prime candidate to jump into the elite WR conversation. Big Ben suffered an elbow injury in Week 2 and then Smith-Schuster got hurt himself in Week 12, resulting in a disastrous season. This year, Big Ben is back and Smith-Schuster is again one of our breakout candidates, as he should garner around 150 targets and look to match his 18.5 PPR points per game from 2018. At quarterback, Kyler Murray is the obvious breakout pick, but what about Daniel Jones, who scored 35 points four times in 2019? And which rookie RB could become an elite option in their first season? We're unveiling all of our 2020 breakout picks, headlined by Smith-Schuster, Calvin Ridley, Hayden Hurst and more.

On today's podcast, the FFT crew debated the upside of all of our breakout picks. Could Marquise Brown really finish in the top 15? Is Tyler Higbee capable of elite level production?
