It’s been quite a 24 hours, reader.

Within 15 minutes of President Biden’s historic announcement yesterday, our two-person Sunday crew had a breaking news story published. Over the coming hour, as our journalists broke away from beach visits and birthday celebrations to help, we published three more stories. By midnight we had published an additional six, for a total of 10.

As facts and events unfolded, we focused on ways the news will impact the presidential race, the American Jewish community and Israel. We’re covering the possibility that Pennsylvania’s Gov. Josh Shapiro will be tapped as a vice presidential candidate, what it would mean to have a Jewish First Gentleman, and how this change could impact Israel and the hostages still held by Hamas, among many other stories.
