Can you remember what you were doing on April 5, 2017?

I can’t—not really. But I do know I wrote this in The Daily Dirtnap that day:

Where will you be on April 5, 2019?

People aren’t really hardwired to have a clear, concrete vision of the future. Few can say, “In one year’s time, I will be X, Y, and Z.”

If they can, they will almost inevitably be proved wrong.

But I can say that on April 5, 2019, a one-year subscription to The Daily Dirtnap will have given you:
