Now here's the three-ingredient (or five, if you're really counting and using extra seasoning) version of the egg salad recipe: - 8 large eggs, hard-boiled and shells removed
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. Primal Kitchen Pesto Mayo
- Belgian endive leaves
- Salt and pepper, if desired (I'm not convinced the recipe needs it, though)
