Let's say you have several pictures you want to use within a PowerPoint presentation. Perhaps you want to create a portfolio to display your work. Maybe you're creating a slide show for your family reunion.
Doing so is easier than you think.

1. Make sure all of your pictures are in the same folder. While not required, it makes your work a lot easier.
2. In PowerPoint, click the Insert tab on your ribbon.
3. In the Images group, click Photo Album and select New Photo Album.
4. Click the File Disk button and select the drive where your pictures are saved.
5. Select the pictures. To select all, click the first one and hold down the SHIFT key while you select the last. To cherry-pick pictures, hold down your CTRL key as you select pictures.
6. Click the Insert button.
7. Select the layout and frame (if necessary).
8. Click the Create button.
