Opening Next Week: Hans Arp’s “Constellations II”

University Research Gallery

A complement to The Bauhaus and Harvard, this exhibition presents the room-sized wall relief Constellations II by Alsatian artist and poet Hans Arp. Commissioned for the Harvard Graduate Center in 1948, the work will be on public view for the first time in 15 years. More

Limited free parking for visitors is available from 10am to 5pm on weekends in Harvard University’s Broadway Garage, at 7 Felton Street.

Gallery Talks  

Join us for regular gallery talks about works of art on view; upcoming topics include the Bauhaus in Dessau, Hans Arp’s Constellations II, and the art of competition in ancient Greece. We’re also offering exhibition tours related to the Bauhaus and a special meditation session inspired by a scholar’s rock.
