Federal judge orders release of teens at Angola

Youth prisoners: A federal judge on Friday ordered Louisiana to remove a group of teenagers from the notorious State Penetentiary at Angola, saying those teens were kept in intolerable conditions, James Finn reports. The judge wants the teens pulled from the facility within a week.
