| Dear John Kenneth O’Neal, one of our Ziglar Legacy Speakers and Coaches shared with our group on Thursday that several people he had spoken with in the past week had told him they felt dry. They described the feeling like they were emerging from a desert, thirsty, and parched - dry. That very morning another one of our Ziglar Legacy Speakers, Melvin Pilay, sent me a text. Melvin has an incredible prayer ministry and he is truly Born2Pray. In his text to me he told me he had been praying for me and God had put on his heart for me a scripture from the Bible. Here it is: “That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither--whatever they do prospers.” Psalm 1:3 I shared the note from Melvin and the verse with our group and you could literally feel the life-giving water restore many in the room. If the past season has made you feel dry, just know you can sink your roots into God’s love and truth and He will restore and sustain you regardless of the desert you may be journeying across.
