6 entries added to the consolidated list

On 14 November 2023 the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office updated the UK Sanctions List on GOV.UK. This list provides details of those designated under regulations made under the Sanctions Act.

The following 6 entries have been added to the Counter-Terrorism (International) financial sanctions regime and are now subject to an asset freeze:

• Nabil Khaled Hilal Chouman (Group ID: 16203)
• Muhammad Deif (Group ID: 16183)
• Musa Muhammad Salim Dudin (Group ID: 16182)
• Adbelbasit Elhassan Mohamed Khair Hamza (Group ID: 16202)
• Marwan Issa (Group ID: 16184)
• Yahya Ibrahim Hassan Sinwar (Group ID: 16185)

OFSI’s consolidated list of asset freeze targets has been updated to reflect these changes.
